Abuja based Mountain of fire pastor impregnates a 16-year-old Orphan.

The 48-year-old pastor with Mountains of Fire and Ministry Gwarinpa branch, Abuja, was arrested by Operatives of the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP), for defiling and impregnating a 16-year-old girl.

The pastor identified as David Onyekachukwu was said to have pretended to offer the victim shelter and also conduct deliverance sessions on her but instead he lured and repeatedly raped her which lead to her being pregnant.

The victim was said to have lost her parents in 2018, which lead to her dropping out of school and in dare need of accommodation which the suspect offered to help her out. The victim, a JSS2 student in one of the Government Secondary schools became vulnerable to the said suspect.

The victim was said to be living in the same compound with the pastor in Karmo, Abuja, while her parents were still alive. It was after the death of her parents that the pastor offered to accommodate and take care of her.

While questioning the victim, she said the pastor first raped her in March this year during her birthday celebration after countless advances of love made by the suspect.

The pastor who was said to have lost his wife some years ago, lives with his daughter before offering to accommodate the victim. The pastor has confessed to raping the victim twice and attributed his behavior to the “hand work of the devil”.

The suspect has since been arrested while awaiting trial.
