“Arrest Innoson Chukuma” – Court orders

A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos has ordered the arrest of Innoson Chukwuma,CEO of Innoson Nigeria LTD, and two others over alleged fraud .

The order was given by Justice Ayokunle Faji on Monday June 24th, directing that the Innoson boss be arrested and produced in court for trial.
