Breaking: Another building collapses in Lagos, at least 10 injured
At least 10 people have been injured after a one-storey building collapsed in Oshodi, lagos State.
The building which is located at No 35,Adesanya Street, Oshodi collapsed today June 23.
Director-General of the lagos State Emergency Management Agency(LASEMA), Oke Osanyintolu , confirmed the news and said the building collapsed because it was poorly maintained .
He, however assured that integrity tests will be carried out on other buildings in the area to know how durable they are .
According to Mr Oke, no life was lost and occupants have been evacuated while the building has been marked for demolition.
