BREAKING: DSS Rearrests, Detains Sowore, Bakare After Filing Fresh Charges(Video )
Officials of the State Security Service (SSS) have rearrested Omoyele Sowore, the convener of the Revolution Now movement.
Mr Sowore, who was released Thursday night after Justice Ijeoma Ojukwu ordered that he should be released within 24hours and be paid N100,000 for improper legal conduct, was rearrested Friday morning.
After the commotion during the arrest, the SSS officials allowed Mr Sowore to be driven to their office by his lawyer, Femi Falana, under the armed escort of SSS vehicles and officials.
No reason has been given for the rearrest.
