BREAKING NEWS: Kizz Daniel sues Vanguard for ‘malicious’ publication

Singer Kizz Daniel has slammed a 100million naira lawsuit on Vanguard newspapers through his record label Fly Boy Inc, over a’ malicious publication ‘.

Recall that some time last week the singer called out Vanguard and also debunked granting an interview which stated that he lambasted celebrities for protesting against pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of COZA, who is currently entangled in a rape scandal .

Several media reports claimed that the singer called celebrities ‘ brainless’ for lambasting pastor Biodun and protesting against him .

Kizz Daniel is demanding for an apology and withdrawal of the publication. This is contained in a written letter the singer sent to Vanguard through his lawyers.

He is also seeking 100million compensation for damage done on his reputation and a written undertaking not to publish anything about him without confirming the news .
