In the wake of calls for pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of COZA to step down as the leader of his church after he was accused of rape, the pastor has announced his intention to take a ” leave of absence from the pulpit of the church”.
He made this known on his official Instagram account and said he arrived at the decision after praying and seeking ” spiritual counsel from the church leaders around the world.”
The pastor decided to take leave of absence days after the hashtag #pastorstepdown# began to circulate on Twitter and Instagram, after Busola Dakolo accused him of raping her twice when she was still a young girl .
