“CAN doesn’t intervene in how churches are running” – CAN reacts

The Christian Association of Nigerian has reacted to the rape accusation against Biodun Fatoyinbo of COZA by Busola Dakolo.

Pastor Oladeji, Special Assistant to CAN president, Supo Ayokunle, on Media and Communications, in an interview with New Telegraph said the body doesn’t regulate how pastors run their churches .

I am sorry CAN does not intervene in how churches are running.

Churches belong to denominations and these are the two bodies that regulate how pastors run their ministries, not CAN.

CAN deals with intrareligious matters and stands between the church and the government.
