Headies 2019: Burna Boy, Davido top nominees list

The 2019 Headies award will be held on October 19th, 2019 as confirmed by the organizers of the event.

The award aimed at honouring musical performances across the nation is in its 13th year and songs produced between January 2018 and June 2019 will be eligible for consideration.

This year’s edition will feature 23 unique categories in recognition of Africa’s finest artiste.

It is tagged ” The Power of a Dream.”

A non-voting category for the best recording (that meets the judges’ requirements of excellence; songwriting, production, rendition) by an artist or group in the year under review.
