Jubilation as Naira Marley is being granted bail.

The Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos state has today granted Azeez Fashola Aka Naira Marley N2m bail but to remain in prison until bail fee is met.

The lead defense counsel, Olalekan Ojo, SAN urged the court to accept bail application on the basis of his innocence according to section 162(1)

Naira Marley will further remain in prison until the bail fee is met and signed by two sureties of which one person will be a federal Civil servant.

The case was adjourned till 22, 23 and 24th of October, 2019.
