Super Falcons to face Germany in the Women’s World cup

The Super falcons have qualified to play against Germany in the 2019 Women’s World Cup. This qualification is coming for the first time after 20 years of participation.

They qualified on Thursday, June 20th, 2019 after a knockout match with Korea republic. The last time they reached this stage was in 1999 in the United States.

The falcons qualified as one of the best losers in Group A after finishing the 3rd round leaving behind Norway and France. They are to play against former champions, Germany in Grenoble on Saturday, June 22nd, 2019.

They will now confront former champions, Germany, in Grenoble on Saturday.
