Suspected ritualist disguised as madman apprehended in Delta (photo)
A suspected ritualist who disguised as a madman was arrested by a local vigilante group at the popular Otokutu Bridge in Ughelli South council area of Delta state on Thursday, December 12.
The suspect who was allegedly found with a human skull, different types of phones and other items, was trailed to his hideout after he was caught answering phone calls like a normal person.
On sighting the vigilante group, the ‘madman’ reportedly threw one of the phones into the river.
He was apprehended, beaten severely and handed over to the police .
