BREAKING; Egypt’s Former President, Mohammed Morsi, dies during Court proceedings

The former president, Mohammed Morsi, collapsed and died during a court appearance today June 17, 2019 in Cairo.

According to reports, he was speaking for over 20 minutes then he became exhausted and collapsed. He was rushed to the hospital immediately where he died later.

The former President was serving a 20-year prison term for killing protesters during a demonstration in 2012 and also facing at least 6 trials. He has been in prison for the past 6 years.

The former president was also said to have been serving a life term sentence for a case related to the state of Qatar.

Other charges against the former president included; insulting the judiciary, involvement in terrorism and jail break.
