A Nigerian couple’s photo locked inside a bottle with N10 note and thrown into a river in Rivers State was found by a man during an excavation by the authorities.

A Facebook user, David Chibuoso, who shared the story online said a ‘Shinap bottle’ containing a couple’s photo and N10 note was found while the authorities were excavating the river for free flow of water.
