Former Governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose, has condemned the attack on former Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu, by memebrs of the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra,IPOB, in Nuremberg, Germany.
In a tweet on his official Twitter handle, @GovAyoFayose, the ex-governor described the attackers of Ekweremadu as “miscreants who don’t deserve a place in a civilized society.”
“Attackers of Ekweremadu,a defender of democracy who symbolizes courage & decency, are miscrants who don’t deserve a place in a civilized society. It is an assault against the Igbos and Nigerians in general. To me, those “Igbo touts” demonstrated that pigs have no value for gold,” he tweeted .
Well, some Igbos have stormed his Twitter page to show their displeasure.
