Woman cries out after over N1 million disappeared from her account in broad daylight
A Nigerian woman identified as Evelyn Onyema has raised an alarm after her Guaranty trust bank (GTB) account was debited twice for N 500,000 and N750,000 within the space of three weeks.
In her narration, Evelyn noted that she went to her bank to complain when the debit of N500,000 occurred. She was reportedly asked to get a court affidavit and the funds will be tracked.
To her surprise, she got another debit alert of N750,000 which caused her to run to the bank, this time insisting on her bank to track and refund her funds.
Evelyn is left dev@stated as it seems the bank is not working on her case as fast as she wants. She noted in the video that the name of the receiver of the funds are Divine Chibueze Williams and Lawal Jubril, and the funds went to Access Bank and Kuda Bank respectively.
